Create a new job

Click New Job, enter the customer, address, crew, due date, and basic notes.

Assign crew

Use the Crew field so everyone knows who is responsible for the work.

Check the schedule

Open Schedule to see what is coming up and what still needs handled.

Update job status

Status

Use Scheduled, In Progress, Waiting, Completed, or Overdue to keep the workflow clear.

Print or export summary

Reports

Use Print Summary or Export CSV when you need a simple record of the work.

First-time user goal: Create one job, assign one crew, view it on the schedule, then mark the status. That is the basic KillaFlow model.
