License Policy

KillaByte software is sold as a licensed digital desktop product, not as a transferable resale item.

Single-user license

Each purchase grants one buyer a non-transferable license to use the purchased KillaByte product for their own business operations.

Device limit

Each license is intended for up to two devices owned or controlled by the purchaser, unless a different license tier is purchased later.

No resale or redistribution

Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, upload, repackage, sublicense, or otherwise transfer KillaByte desktop software or installer files to another person or business.

Activation

Future production builds may require license-key activation. The app may periodically validate the license when internet is available while still allowing reasonable offline use.

Unauthorized sharing

Unauthorized sharing, resale, or redistribution may result in license deactivation, access restriction, or refusal of future support and upgrades.

Offline-first use

KillaByte apps are designed to work offline after installation and activation. License checks should not interfere with normal day-to-day offline use.
