All KillaByte desktop software purchases are final sale.

Because KillaByte products are downloadable digital software, we do not offer refunds once purchase is completed and the download is made available.

Please review the product description, supported devices, installation requirements, and pricing before purchasing. KillaByte products are designed for Windows and Mac desktop use. They are not installable as native iPhone or iPad apps.

Support before refunds

If you experience a technical issue, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to help you install or access the software.

Refund exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if the file was not delivered, the download link does not work, the product was materially misrepresented, or a refund is required by applicable law.
